Plustech Systems has been awarded a turnkey contract by M/s. Bajaj Auto Ltd. for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of new PTCED & Top Coat Painting line for 3W EV at their Waluj facility.
Scope of supply under this turnkey contract includes picking up body from BIW, transfer to a fully automated PTCED / Robotic Liquid painting line & deliver body to Assembly shop.
This is a very high volume production line with capability to produce 2000 vehicles/day on 3 shift basis (120 JPH)
