Plustech Systems has been awarded a contract by M/s. Motherson for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of new Bumper Paint Shop for their new Chakan facility.
Scope of supply under this turnkey contract includes a fully automated Liquid painting line suitable for robotic painting with a capacity to produce 60 Hangers/hr.
Some of the salient features of the Plant includes re-circulation type (Temp. & Humidity controlled) ASU for paint booths with Heat Pumps, Robotic Painting, Automated material handling system from Caldan etc:
