Plustech Systems has been awarded a contract by M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of new Top Coat Painting line for SUV at their Nashik facility.
Scope of supply under this turnkey contract includes a fully automated Liquid painting line with a capacity to produce 30 jobs/hr.
Some of the salient features of the Plant includes Dry type Paint Booths, Partial Re-Circulation type Temp. & Humidity controlled ASU for paint booths, Automated Material handling system & heat recovery technologies such as RTO.
SOP for the paint shop is July 2024
