Plustech Systems receives one of its largest contracts ever from Bajaj Auto Ltd. for setting up Paint Shops at their new Chakan plant – II for 2 Wheelers. This facility will cater to high-end bikes like KTM Duke, Triumph, Adventure, and Husqvarna.
The scope of supply under the contract includes four fully automated Paint Shops (ABS line, ABS Lacquer line, Petrol Tank line & Petrol Tank Lacquer line) with robotic painting, floor conveyor & other ancillary equipment. Once commissioned the plant can produce 2000 motorcycles/day.
