Plustech Systems recently won one of its largest contracts ever from Ashok Leyland and will build a new high-tech paint shop at Hosur -II plant for processing Cabs.
Once commissioned plant will have the capacity to produce 24 JPH or 1,35,000 Cabs/Annum.
The scope of supply includes Sealant, Underbody booths, Paint booths, Small booths/Work decks, Ovens & Air Handling Systems. Underbody application, Internal Sealant application, as well as Internal/External painting, will be done by Robots. Material handling system includes AEMS for underbody application & Skid conveyor system for the rest of the paint shop.
